Alma Nómada was founded by chef Mark de Korte, after more than 27 years devoted to restaurants, hospitality and the art of bringing people together.

His restaurant Marque in the Netherlands was recognised by Michelin, Gault&Millau and Lekker500.

Beyond the restaurant

Alma Nómada grew from a desire to take that experience somewhere new.

To private homes, villas and remarkable places. To cook with what belongs to a place, gather people around one table and create evenings that feel personal, generous and unforced.

A travelling soul

Alma Nómada means “travelling soul.”

It reflects a Mediterranean way of living that has always shaped Mark’s cooking — simplicity, seasonality, beautiful ingredients and time shared around the table.
